-Billing is done monthly in advance of cleanings.

-Larger yards over a 1/4 acre, as well as, front and back yard cleanups will be subject to a surcharge.

-Our billing is automatic and we require a credit card on file to charge at the beginning of each month.

-Severe weather such as lightening, snow storms, or heavy rains may cause us to move your pickup day. 

-If we have to push your cleanup to the following week a double cleanup will be performed. For that reason, we do not refund missed visits due to hazardous weather.

-If there is snow or leaf accumulation we can only pick up what we see. Anything missed under the snow or leaves will be picked up on future visits.

-Yards must be accessible with an unlocked gate in order to be serviced.

-We do ask for lawns to be regularly maintained. Our team is not responsible for missed dog waste due to overgrown lawns.

 -If you do not need service any given week, we ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice before your upcoming service.

-You may cancel your service at any time.
