All new clients to Next Steps Family Centre are required to first book this session. This session allows you to share your initial concerns or queries and allows the psychologist to gather necessary information to help support you in the best way.&nb

Individual Session (Adults)

One on one therapy support for adults 18+. Session time is 50 mins.

30 min

Teletherapy allows therapist and client to utilize a safe and confidential space online to communicate. It may include video calls and telephone calls. Session duration is 30 minutes.

You can read and write emails at a time that suits you. Your emails are carefully read and replied to with a therapeutic response. In your psychologist's reply, you will be provided with support as well as feedback, suggestions or questions.

This services provides parents, who are not raising their child(ren) in the same home, with a safe space where they can explore their parenting styles and learn effective parenting strategies that meets the need of your unique family.
