Julian Reddish Counselling supports stroke survivors and their families on their recovery journey together, or individually. Julian Reddish is a stroke survivor himself.Julian had a stroke at the age of 17 and yet, through his loss and hardship, he made a choice: he chose to move forward with his life in the best way he could. The challenges he has faced has enabled him to become a better and happier person. And beyond that, to discover that he wanted to become a counsellor and mentor, a career he is passionate about.The services Julian Reddish Counselling offers are individual (or group) counselling and mentoring sessions to help the stroke survivor learn to live a confident, rewarding life that is filled with more joy and contentment.People are benefited by seeing Julian Reddish with emotional support, improved coping skills, enhanced self- awareness, better communication, and the development of strategies to overcome the difficulties that come with post-stroke life.
