Home Sleep Testing (HST)
This test checks for Snoring, Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Central Sleep Apnea, Blood Oxygen during sleep, sleep position.
Before a home sleep study night, our friendly sleep therapist will show you how to apply the sensors and monitors, and how to use the recording device during the night.
On the night you’ve scheduled your home sleep test, you’ll follow your normal evening routine, prepare for sleep, attach everything as you’ve been shown and start the recording. In the morning, you’ll remove everything as previously demonstrated and return the recording device to us.
After the test, our doctors will contact you for an appointment to assess if you will need therapy.
Separately, our Health Coaches will also have a call with you to discuss your sleep patterns and how it impacts your health.

Repeat tests can be done at $150 on the same device, either by yourself, or by a loved one.
