    Chair Massage w/ Keisha!

    Keisha is AMAZING!! I always look forward to seeing her and being able to relax during the middle the of day. Every time, I feel like I have wings and feel completely rejuvenated. Always a pleasure to catch up and relax.

    Monday Noon Yoga with Lauren

    I look forward to Mondays! After class, I am re-energized and ready for the week ahead. This class is great for beginners or people with more experience. Lauren gives you various modifications to make the poses easier or harder based on your preference.

    Spin/HIIT

    While the class was fun the lack if air movement made it uncomfortable to ride as hard as I like. What is needed are the tall oscillating fans that can be moved in and out of storage for classes. Opening the walls doesn't even cut it as that does not ensure air movement.

    Monday Spin

    Love taking this class each week. Great workout and you can tell the instructor really cares! Love the combination of spin and cardio/strength training. I plan on attending more in the future but wish that it was still offered Thursday evenings as well!

    Yoga with Lauren

    This is my favorite class offered at the Fitness Center! It challenges me enough to try things I never imagined I could do, and I can feel my balance and posture improving. Lauren is excellent, she is hands down the best yoga instructor I have ever had. I wish the Wednesday yoga classes were still around, 3 times a week was perfect!

    LOVING EVERY CLASS

    Honestly thank you LC :) I've been able to experience every class except for the spin with Kaila so far and I'm addicted. Myself (and I've heard from others) love the convenience of the lunch and after work classes and the instructors are phenomenal on top of it. Each one pushes you enough out of your comfort zone that you want to come back for more. I've never even tried a spin class until here and I can honestly say it's become my ideal form of cardio. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    Thursday Evening Spin with Kaila

    Kaila's spin class is really well focused on music-- her songs help you to dial in the RPMs and I have gone faster in her class than ever! It's certainly challenging, but Kaila motivates me to push myself to meet her, and I always feel great after her class. Highly recommend!

    Monday Night Spin with Tracie

    The class was fun and challenging! Tracie changed it up to add in some weight lifting. Focus on core and chest. She helps keep you motivated and work on proper form. Great class for beginners and experts.

    Yoga with Lauren

    Lauren is awesome. She makes each class challenging yet fun. As a beginner (no yoga prior to this) she knows how to modify each pose for the beginner as well as those with more experience. I just feel so much better since starting yoga about a month ago. I am so grateful for this class!
