Reiki is an energetic healing practice that allows me to channel the universal life force energy that flows through all living things. Reiki stimulates growth, health, life, and healing. When our energy is allowed to flow freely around the body it can keep us healthy and balanced throughout our lifetime! Unfortunately, it can become stifled for various reasons like bad habits and poor choices, causing the flow of energy to be diluted or low. When the mind, body and spirit are in harmony, the biological intelligence that governs the body's resources and allows it to heal itself and function correctly are intensified.
