This session format allows our coaches to expand drills further whilst still being able to focus on the finer details of each individual players aspects and abilities throughout the session. These sessions allow healthy competitiveness against each player to drive each other on throughout the session and be the best they can be. We ensure players are grouped up with similar level of ability to ensure each player is pushed to the next level.

This allows our coaches to focus all their attention on every individual players skills being worked on. In onze wekelijkse online sessies leer je hoe je je ademhaling kunt optimaliseren. De structuur is als volgt:

• Korte uitleg: We beginnen met een korte uitleg over het belang van ademhaling en hoe je je ademhaling kunt verbeteren.

• Oefeningen: Vervolgens doen we verschillende ademhalingsoefeningen om je ademhalingstechniek te verbeteren.

• Deelronde: Aan het einde van de sessie is er ruimte voor een deelronde, waarin je vragen kunt stellen en ervaringen kunt delen met andere deelnemers.

• Huiswerk: Om verandering in je leven te bewerkstelligen is oefening essentieel. We geven je daarom elke week huiswerk mee, zodat je op dagelijkse basis stappen kunt zetten.

Na enkele weken ga je al grote veranderingen ervaren. Meer energie, meer gevoel van rust, optimaler ademen, minder klachten, minder medicijnen.
