Renforcement de l'ensemble du corps (cuisses, abdos, fessier,dos, abdos et bras) avec ou sans du petit matériel (élastique, poids, cercle etc.…)

Pratiqué depuis des millénaires en Inde, Le Yoga est une discipline qui éveille l'esprit et renforce l'ensemble du corps. Bootcamp is een trainingsvorm die ook wel in het leger word gebruikt. Door middel van weerstandsbanden, kettlebells, dumbells maar vooral ook je eigen lichaamsgewicht word jij sterker, sneller, explosiever en word je conditie flink verbeterd

Bij onze bokslessen leer je hoe jij je zelf kan verdedigen. In groepsverband verbeter jij je uithoudingsvermogen terwijl je ook nog is verschillende bokstechnieken leert!

Wil jij fit worden op een leuke gezellige manier, met focus op de bil en bovenbeen spieren? Dan zijn onze Booty-Fit lessen echt wat voor jou! Goed getrainde bil- en bovenbeen spieren zijn belangrijk als basis voor veel oefeningen! Aan deze spiergroepen worden bij veel van onze trainingen natuurlijk al aandacht gegeven, maar door onze Booty-fit lessen te volgen worden jou benen/billen nog sterker door complete focus op deze spieren.

This class (course) is designed for someone who has never taken Pilates class before, or for someone who is returning to Pilates after a long break.

Beginner Pilates mat course includes:

Basic Principles

Mobilisation of spine

Mobilisation of shoulders and hips

Initial strengthening if abdominals

This is a slower pace class. Each week all movements will be explained step by step and each week there will be new exercise added. By the end of the course you should have a good understanding Basic Pilates Principles. You should also start feeling it Benefits.

Bring your own Mat, water, small towel. 

This is an Open level class, from advanced Beginner and beyond.

The class is meant to be a dynamic workout through the entire body, Strength & Tone! Expect use of small equipment such as Pilates mini ball, resistance band or small weights to add on some challenge.

Beginner Reformer is great for someone who haven't done Pilates before or have done Mat Pilates previously. 

We strongly recommend to our Clients Beginner Reformer class to begin with in Return to Life Pilates Studio. 

Expect slower paced class aimed to teach you basics Pilates techniques. Learn how to work and "workout" with the Pilates apparatus in different ways, safely. Focus on awareness, breath, control.  Learn new moves and sequences, train your brain, improve your memory and cognitive function. 

Reformer Pilates is your full-body workout that will work on strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance whilst targeting the 'power house' muscles.

Foxes Farm Fields is a brand new dog walking facility with a 6 acre paddock, fully enclosed by 4ft fencing at Colne Engaine and 6ft fencing at Upminster A and B and Great Bromley. It provides the perfect setting to give your dog freedom off its lead in a secure, enclosed and exclusive environment.
