Join us for a fun and festive FALL event crafting your own sacred cinnamon brooms! Cinnamon is a powerful herb that is associated with luck, protection, and abundance. In this workshop, you will learn how to create a beautiful and fragrant broom that you can use to bring these positive energies into your home.

We will provide all of the materials you need, including cinnamon sticks, broom base to work with, crystals, feathers, and ribbons. You are welcome to bring your own crystals, beads, or other embellishments to decorate your broom as well.

We will also share some tips on how to use your cinnamon broom for cleansing, protection, and manifestation. Also, great ideas for display - where to hang for various manifestations!

Che cos'è il Tai Chi Chuan?

Il Tai Chi Chan (o Tai Ji Quan) è una disciplina antica che applica i principi del Taoismo alla pratica degli arti marziali. La semplicità ed insieme la profondità degli esercizi hanno benefici diretti e quasi immediati sulla postura del corpo e la rilassatezza psicofisica. Questo ha contribuito all'apparire di appellativi quali “ginnastica della lunga vita” o “meditazione in movimento”. L'aspetto marziale rimane nascosto ed impercettibile agli inizi per rivelarsi piano piano nel corso del tempo e dello studio, in modo comunque sempre dolce e rilassato.

Attraverso la sua pratica sviluppiamo la nostra capacita di concentrazione, di consapevolezza e di precisione nei movimenti; impariamo a conoscere noi stessi, gli altri (gli “avversari”), l'apparire delle energie e delle intenzioni.

La pratica del Maestro Quang Bui Xuan

Il lavoro consiste nel togliere tutte le tensioni del corpo e vuotare la mente di ogni preconcetto per ottenere un corpo disteso e sensibile, alla ricerca della calma assoluta (mente neutra, ne offensiva ne difensiva). La strategia risiede nell'applicare uno sforzo minimo per ottenere un risultato della massima efficacia. Si tratta di captare le forze dell' ”avversario” alla loro origine, mentre si trovano ancora sotto forma di energia.

Si può parlare di un arte del combattimento molto sottile, sotto forma di controllo delle energie. Per essere efficace, il praticante deve comprendere l'intelligenza della natura ed armonizzarsi con essa: un' intenzione “pura” guida l'energia in un corpo disteso. Lo scopo ultimo della pratica è di percepire le energie per agire ed armonizzare il “sistema” nel quale viviamo.
