MONDAY 9.15AMMONDAY 3.45PM LOCATION- BLUEMANNA PARK WANNANUP FBX IS AN ALL BODYWEIGHT MAX INTENSITY SESSION. This is a certified class with new tracks each month. It’s challenging but achievable as modifications are always offered. It’s a short intense workout and a great way to start the week and get your cardio done and dusted!All you need is a towel and drink bottle. 

This class is a crowd favourite! TUESDAY 9.15AM. LOCATION- SOUTHERN EST HALL DAWESVILLE With a mixture of weights/cardio and core covering the whole body. Tabata is set up with 2 exercises side by side and you perform for 20secs each with 10 secs to switch between the 2. This is done x8 giving you a 4 minute set, you then have 1 minute break and rotate to the next block. Fun but challenging workout with a mixture of equipment including slam balls, battle ropes, kettlebells and resistance bands. 

FRIDAY BLUEMANNA PARK WANNANUP METAPWR is the holy grail of HIIT. New tracks every month - super challenging but also achievable if you take modifications. Classes vary week to week but will always include- Strength/Plyo/Core/Dynamic movements. Timed work/rest periods. TUESDAY NIGHT- WARATAH COMMUNITY CHURCH FALCON
