Wellness counseling integrates physical, social, and spiritual health. The purpose of Wellness Counseling is to assist people in maximizing their quality of life and longevity by discarding poor health habits and adopting healthy day to day practices. Wellness counseling seeks to help people make these changes in their lives and to keep their healthy lifestyle.

A one-on-one session designed to give you the tailored physical, mental, and mindful practice that you want. Each session is designed for personally for you and your goals. 

Come and get fit and flexible with our Aerial Yoga classes. We use a Yoga Trapeze, which adds another dimension to fitness. Besides stretching, you will also gain strength, and decompression of the spine in zero-gravity.

An all-levels flow class, which you can modify to make more gentle or vigorous as needed.  Get a whole body workout, balancing strength, spirit, and mind.

All levels welcome.  This class is mostly seated or lying down with support from bolsters, and sandbags to deepen the stretch.  It's a great class for beginners, as well as those looking to improve range of motion, recover from injuries and PREVENT injuries.

Yoga sessions for up to six people, tailored to fit your needs.  Your choice of class may include: yin, hot power, vinyasa flow, or a combination of two styles.  Please email for preferences, availability, and pricing. 

Power yoga: fast-paced, cardio workout. Can be heated. Flow yoga: slow to moderate paced flowing sequences. Yin yoga: seated or reclined slow, deep stretch with support. Power and Peace: 1/2 power, 1/2 yin. *Baptiste style influenced classes.

Hot Yoga is a therapeutic sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to work every part of the body. We have regular classes through the day from beginners to advanced, there is something for everyone. We have lots of classes to suit everyone. Starting at 6:30am running through the day and finishing at 7:30pm. Lose weight, gain strength, increase your flexibility, peace of mind. A Yoga workout that gives you an endorphin rush as well as healing and rehabilitating the body.
