We offer one on one, low cost, private yoga classes for individuals anywhere in the world.

Mindful Movement is our yoga-based program. It includes an age appropriate warm up, followed by a series of yoga flow poses incorporating strength, flexibility and balance. The movements are set to current popular music and led by a teacher.

Classes help you recover from pregnancy and birth, regain your fitness and strength from the inside out, in a safe and progressive way over the course of several months. You can find some inner calm and connect with your baby while you make friends with other new mums. Having this space for you can throughout early motherhood can help you navigate all the changes and feel stronger mentally, physically and emotionally. Suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 8 weeks post c.section right up to your baby is on the move.

Enjoy active and nourishing pregnancy yoga to feel more comfortable as pregnancy progresses and help you prepare for birth. Learn information and practice key tools to help you cope better in labour; including our unique approach on how to breathe, move and relax. Suitable from 15 weeks if new to yoga right up to when your baby comes. If you already practice, you can start earlier, just let your teacher know.

A gentle nourishing class for women who need a break. This is a slow flowing practice to include breathwork, restorative poses and gentle movement to support your nervous system, moving away from fight or flight, bringing you into a place of calm. You will leave this class feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready for a great night sleep

Jivamukti Open Class welcomes practitioners of all levels. You work at your own pace, following the teacher’s verbal as well as hands-on guidance. Asana options will be provided for beginners, intermediate and advanced students. In this class, students are invited to explore a monthly focus based on yogic philosophy, expand their horizons both physically and intellectually, while great music supports the focus of the class.

Medium Vinyasa class follows the same basic structure as the Easy class, with a slightly more dynamic pace and introducing medium level asana.

Nas práticas de Hatha Yoga teremos a oportunidade de desenvolver técnicas respiratórias (kryas e pranayamas) para a limpeza do corpo, da mente e da nossa energia, auxiliando no desenvolvimento da consciência corporal, melhoria no sistema respiratório, controle emocional e equilíbrio do sistema nervoso. As práticas também são compostas pela execução de posturas (asanas) fundamentais com maiores tempos de permanência do que uma prática de Vinyasa, o que por um lado facilita o entendimento do aluno, em especial os iniciantes, sobre o correto alinhamento das posturas, e o que por outro lado gera o desafio de permanecer em isometria o que possibilita o fortalecimento físico e a disciplina mental para a manutenção do foco ao longo da prática.
