We all live in a fluid body which is constantly changing and adapting: to our personal physical and emotional surroundings as well as to our own inner climate of experiences, psychological holding patterns, conscious and unconscious postural habits, and neurological survival strategies. Your body is a living catalogue of every experience you have ever had and is there for uniquely you. Your body can always change. The services I offer are: - Timani: Enhanced movement coordination training for musicians, including mental and physiological techniques for addressing performance anxiety. -Myofascial Energetic Release (MER): Deep tissue bodywork which targets the Fascia System of the body and combines slow and deep manipulation of tissues with breathwork, focused micromovements, joint release and neurological relaxation techniques. For further information about the services I offer please check out my webpage: www.thelisteningexperience.com In the different treatments I offer I use somatic-based techniques and exercises in order to re-train or enhance movement, and to address, relieve or prevent pain or discomfort, strain injuries or injuries. The goal of everything I do is to improve the client´s quality of life. For online sessions: Additional time slots might be available.
