Over and Above

Typical Experience with Chip

I had my windshield replaced recently (by my insurance company, not by Chip) on my 2018 Ford van I use to transport BCAR dogs to and from the vet in Dawsonville. The installer messed up the sweep. The blades were only clearing half the windshield on each side. I had trouble getting this installer back to make it good. Chip came to do an oil change, check my brakes, tires, etc. At my request he also spent a fair amount of time on the finicky wiper arms which are controlled by computer. As has been typical in my encounters with Chip - he showed up on time, went right to work, was very efficient and clean, explained what he did afterwards, and charged me about half of what I thought this was going to cost. Works for me! Chip also does all the needed work on our two Porsches.
