While in in-person sessions I will use platonic touch and certain poses to allow you to feel more comfortable in the space and more open to sharing with me, in virtual sessions I will guide you to use the strength and warmth of your own body (and pillows!) to reach that sense of intimacy and affection that our body craves! We will have a conversation through the screen and I will have you do some guided exercises.

⌛️Virtual sessions can only be booked for a minimum of ONE HOUR, between 10:30 am and 8:30 pm.
