A matwork Pilates class incorporating a great variety of exercises, all with varying levels of difficutly so they can easily be adapted to suit those requiring a more gentle session or those wanting a bit more of a challenge! The classes include both standing and floor based exercises, and the use of small equipment. All equipment will be provided but if you'd prefer to bring your own then you are welcome to do so too.
