Во время занятия преподаватель бережно прикасается к телу и дает ему невербальные инструкции для движения, напрямую «разговаривая» с вашей нервной системой. Одежда максимально удобная, свободная и теплая. Длинные штаны (не джинсы), майка / кофта с длинным рукавом. С собой можно взять небольшое полотенце и чистые носки.

Этот вид соматического обучения проходит на полу и не требует никакой специальной физической подготовки. Как правило, студенты записываются на длительный индивидуальный курс или на групповые занятия с другими студентами после уроков на кушетке, для продолжения процесса обучения и улучшения самочувствия. Для занятия нужно свободное место на полу, коврик или большой ковер, плед и несколько подушек для создания удобства. Стабильный интернет и камера, направленная на вас. Одежда свободная, теплая и удобная.

The Bars are a series of 32 points on the head, which when lightly touched release old energies stuck in the brain and the body, allowing for tremendous and easy change. This 90 minute class is for teenage students increasing their art history knowledge, expanding their creative process and refining their skills using digital art tools like Procreate.

NOTE: this private class is led virtually via Zoom

This 1 hour class is for elementary students getting familiar with shapes, color theory & using their skills to create a project from start to finish using colored, watercolor pencils.

NOTE: this private class is led in person at student's private residence

This 2 hour class is for adults who want to experiement with new art mediums, refine their skills to enter art galleries and learn how to curate art from idea to execution.
