My cheese making adventures started 4 years ago when I bought a beautiful jersey cow named Anne and I committed to learning how to make all the dairy products that our family consumed. Hard, aged cheese was the most intimidating part of this commitment but it has become my favorite part. I have been teaching cheesemaking for a year now and every class is so fun. My family and I live on a small homestead on Whidbey Island and we love to build community around farming and good foodMiller was born and raised in an Amish community in Montana, where she learned the art of self-sufficiency.
