YOGA CLASSES 

Yoga is practiced by all people of all ages with varying physical fitness levels. Yoga integrates strength training, improves balance and flexibility while improving mood levels. During yoga, you will release stress and muscle tension creating a better outlook on life and improved sleep. 

We provide three different classes - Tuesday morning, Tuesday night and Thursday night :

MIXED LEVEL CLASS YOGA (6:45-7:45PM)

BEGINNER YOGA/STRETCH CLASS 9:00-10:00 AM (Tuesday) OR 8:00-9:00 PM Tuesday and Thursday) 

Each class is $10 upon arrival or $15 for both. Be sure to sign up for each class individually! Classes will automatically close as they are filled. Press "BOOK NOW" to reserve your spot today!
