About the company
All AAU tutoring sessions are one hour long.Tutoring is available between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. No emails or work will be addressed outside of these hours, and tutoring or email responses will not take place on weekends.You can choose to have your tutoring session in room L308, the AAU Cafe, the student lounge, or a coffee shop in Prague. The location will be decided between you and your tutor for each session.If you need help with academic writing (such as a paper), please email the paper to your tutor at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Note: Please DO NOT book a session the day before your paper is due, both you and the tutor need more time to help you with the paper. To make the most of your session on academic writing, please come prepared by reading the assignment instructions thoroughly beforehand.All tutoring sessions are in person, unless you have been approved for online learning by the Admissions or Dean's Office. If so, please provide your tutor with documentation (an email from Admissions or the Dean’s Office) before scheduling a session on Teams.Two general sessions available for booking are: 1) Understanding Academic Writing and How to Cite Sources, and 2) General Study Skills (such as reading strategies or time management). You can request these sessions by indicating your preference in the booking form. The Academic Tutoring Center provides peer-to-peer tutoring, led by current AAU students.Our team
