About the company

Student Well-being Counselors serve a unique role not only guiding students with academics & career exploration but also supporting their social emotional development. Appointments are available for all students throughout the year for students seeking assistance for themselves, a friend, a peer or classmate.Students are encouraged to schedule appointments during their non-academic times such as study center, lunch, before or after school.  Students should consult with their academic teacher before scheduling an appointment during a class period.  Social-Emotional Crises do NOT require an appointment.  Reach out to school personnel during the school day or use one of the hotlines below when school is not actively in session (evenings, weekends, breaks).See Something, Say Something Safe School HotlineNATIONAL SUICIDE PREVENTION LIFELINE1-800-273-TALK (8255)24HR. MENTAL HEALTH & SUBSTANCE ABUSE CRISIS INTERVENTION614-276-CARE (2273)College, Career & Academic Support College Advising appointments are available for seniors only fall semester.  Junior appointments will start second semester after the majority of the senior college applications have been processed.  CCP & Academic Advising appointments are available for underclassmen during winter registration.Career Center Consult appointments are available for sophomores starting in December.Students should select the MAIN topic for the appointment and choose ONE appointment time, even if other topics will be discussed.  Due to the nature of the counseling role, appointments are subject to change.
