Mobile Audio/Video conferencing. This Zoom Room cart can only be used in the Richards building. YOU MUST RESERVE YOUR OWN MEETING SPACE SEPARATELY.

Mobile Audio/Video conferencing. This Zoom Room cart can only be used in the Richards building. YOU MUST RESERVE YOUR OWN MEETING SPACE SEPARATELY. You can create an "instant" Zoom meeting with the Zoom App located on the Apple iPad that is on the cart. Or you can join an already created meeting (with a meeting ID). Or you can request IBI personnel to schedule your Zoom meeting. See home page for list of personnel to help with scheduling your meeting.
