We do a brief intake to identify stressors in your life you want to address. These may be emotionally charged memories, or physical pain, or sabotage issues. Testing via kinesiology can establish which to address first.
The procedure then follows as we state the statement and tap near the end points of meridians. This procedure is repeated until the level of stress is reduced.
The cost is $40 for a 45min Session
Also available: Series of 3 $93 paid in advance; Sessions to be booked minimum 1 week apart. Sessions good for 6 months.

Using the EFT Tapping protocol we repeat until the desired outcome is reached.
An introductory session lasts 45 minutes. Studies have demonstrated that tapping on meridian points reduces stress and increases relaxation.
