Full bike fitting using 3D and 2D motion capture. Retül is the industry leader in motion capture software allowing the fitter to determine the best position while the rider is in motion. Using my 30+ years experience the sport I work with the information gathered and together determine the best position for you to ride comfortably and efficiently. This is a fitting for youth riders up to and including the age of 15.

Custom moulded insoles for a full range of sports and daily life. Providing support and stability for more control and better power transfer. Custom insoles can also help with alignment issues such as pronation/supination to create better tracking and prevent injury.

Follow up after having initial full fitting. This service is available within 1 month of original fitting on same bike. After that full fitting price will be required.

This is a social  session aimed at fine tuning  your trail skills and increasing  your fitness!  Or if you just want the confidence to keep up with the kids, this is a perfect for you.

Aimed at the crew who are starting out, building confidence is key! Getting back to basics and developing fundamental skills. Mixed groups.

For riders who are new to the sport or want to get a refresher on bike set up and fundamental skills-

Trail awareness- line choice, smooth-direct-efficient

Selective breaking to carry more speed

En justering av din växling och dina bromsar samt sträckning och smörjning av kedjan. Jag ser även till att däcken är pumpade till rätt tryck. Perfekt för att få cykeln rullande igen!
