This will be a one on one, one on two, or one on three Training session which will help you improve your fitness and Kickboxing. This Session is designed to for beginners, Intermediate or higher.

We will be working on:

Pad/bag work: Punch and kicking combinations

Footwork: Maintain good movement and distance

Balance: Keep the weight balanced on both feet

Timing: Knowing when to punch and when to kick

Fitness: Great aerobic exercises to prepare you to be able to Kickbox efficiently

Strength: Increasing your upper-body strength and utilising the lower body strength, working on core

Speed: Hand speed, Kick speed, footwork speed, speed padding

Flexibility: Stretching your muscles to perform the techniques you desire to perform

Advanced manoeuvres: Faints, side step, Perry, Counter and more

All 1on1 classes will be tailored to the individual and their needs

This will be a high intensity class of up to 5ppl which will help you get toned and stronger. This will allow you to work on your Kickboxing and strike combinations.you will improve you timing, flexibility, fitness, your core, Strength, speed, technique and you will burn calories in this class.
Class will consist of:Full Body 5 Minute Warm Up

Stretching Routine

We will be stretching all part of out limbs to loosen up for the session ahead:

Deltoids, Pectorals, triceps, Biceps, Abdominals, Latissimus dorsi (back), Gluteus maximus, Quadriceps, Hamstrings, gastrocnemius

Legs will be given priority with these stretches.

Complete multiple different Boxing moves to the beat of music. This will help your get rhythm and timing of your punches ready for the session ahead.

High volume Boxing Strikes to Kickboxing pads and bags

Will throw multiple combinations of punches and kicks with body weight exercises included
