In our Yoga classes, we use a range of postures and flows aimed at helping relieve common pregnancy ailments as well as de stressing the body and mind. You will learn breathing techniques and positions and movements which can help in the labour and birth of your child.
This is followed by a 20 minute led Savasana (relaxation) and finished with a calming tea and social time.
