Nina's Sound Bath + Voice Glow uses the power of vibrational healing through instruments, using quartz crystal singing bowls and Nina's singing voice to awash the body and induce a deep state of relaxation and restoration.
Everything is a vibration. Healthy bodies resonate at a higher frequency while dis-ease vibrates at a lower frequency. In entering a deep, relaxed state of being through the soothing, healing properties of the singing bowls, Nina facilitates positive conditions that can release stress and emotional resistance in the mind and body on a cellular level. In releasing this resistance, vibration rises and you enter into a balanced state of health and wellness.
