All HIIT YOUR FIT classes are capped at 10 so I can easily move the room to ensure form and technique are always correct. So you won’t be left at the back of the room or in the dark- I am here to help! All classes are $10 a session and you can book in week to week, Please bring along a towel and drink bottle and ensure you are wearing appropriate footwear.All new clients will have to complete a Pre Exercise Questionnaire prior to their first session. Please note any severe injury or health condition will require a clearance from your doctor or other health professional. Whilst everyone is welcome (men included) the main attendees at these classes are women aged between 20-50.Children are welcome at any class however there is no crèche service so they are still parents responsibility. Punchfit/Upper body

Certified Punchfit level 1 trainer. Thursdays 3.45pm This class will include timed partner boxing for fitness exercises(gloves and pads) work stations focusing on the upper body and core. This class will be 45minutes.
Lower body Class

Timed work stations focusing on the lowerbody and core. class will be capped at approx. 8 so I can ensure proper technique is used at all times so we can apply progressive overload.
