Welcome to Kahua Barre
Kate is a certified Barre instructor by BarreAmped which is a safe, effective, total-body workout and stretching method of Barre. This method is completely safe, with proper management, for women during pre- and post-natal stages, suffering from injuries, new to fitness, those in good physical condition looking to up their routine to a better level, and everyone in between!

Please note that if you register for a class you are making a commitment to both the instructor and the other ladies in the class that you have every intention of being present. There will be no refunds for missed classes as registering for the class holds your space and the space is limited!
All group classes are currently being held in the downstairs fitness/dance room at the Lewisburg Recreation Center. Please email KahuaBarre@gmail.com to schedule private instruction, church group classes, etc.

Early Bird Foundations Express
Express foundations class will last approximately 45 minutes leaving you feeling accomplished and energized as your start your day. We will be finished and out of the studio before 7am.
