This is a Free Kayak rental provided for the residents of both neighborhoods at The Heights, Grandview and Esplanade. All residents and residents guests are REQUIRED to fill out a liability waiver before use of kayaks. Homeowners will typically have filled out this waiver within the first several weeks of residency, if you have not, please do so before kayak usage. All guests are required to complete a liability waiver before using any amenities with The Heights communities. Safety equipment and kayak oars are provided within the storage container at the kayak launch. The lock combination is:
