Light Kinesiology is where the Physical and Metaphysical meet.
Kinesiology brings the skills of interacting with the physical through muscle monitoring and the knowledge and understanding of how the body works.
Light is about accessing the frequencies and lightness of being that resides within.
It is in the combination of East meeting the West that together, practitioner and client work towards health and wellbeing.
As a trained kinesiologist we look at the whole being.
This includes physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual aspects of you.
The use of muscle monitoring is used to communicate with you and your subconscious.
From this space of revealing and simultaneously gently releasing the blocks and resistance, the process unfolds. It is a process that unfolds uniquely to you and is designed to compassionately and supportively assist you to move out of stress, old trauma, outmoded patterns and confusion to retrain and regain your own innate ability to self heal and align.
As Dr George Goodheart DC, (dec’d May 2008) the father of Kinesiology said, “ The body is simply intricate and intricately simple". If you supply the right measure you will get the right result.
In short Kinesiology provides amazingly simple, powerful methods for changing the way you think, feel, act and learn.
Since 2006, I have travelled the word and studied extensively and worked with many healers to hone my skills in the healing arts, as well as having 30 years of working in the dental field in the military, both in uniform and as a contractor. So it is from this grounding, I chose to bridge science and energy healing. Personally I have found it to be so amazing, I changed my career so I could help others with these skills.
