Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu private lessons for all skill levels and age range (5 years old and above) Private lessons are a 1-hour long session, working exclusively with me (1-to-1) Private lessons are meant to be tailored to you as as student. Much like a haircut, it's important to know what you want (or at least an idea), so you and I can coordinate on what to cover for your lesson.
