About the company

I'm a qualified yoga teacher, with Yoga Alliance. Trained in Hatha and   Trauma Informed Restorative yoga. I mainly work from a beautiful private barn in Langtoft Fen, near Stamford and Peterborough. It's a beautiful, peaceful setting.
