Manoj Kumar
A former state level boxer, Manoj specialises in teaching Hatha, Vinyasa and Therapeutic yoga practices including Yognidra and cyclic meditations; all of which are known to be beneficial in the treatment of sleep disorders, diabetes , anxiety, trauma, and injuries.
While working at the Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (VYASA), he used his experience and skill of yoga practices to help clients with diabetes and led a successful programme of yoga summer camps for school children.

Shivam Raj Mourya
Shivam is a highly respected award-winning yoga teacher who has practised in India and Vietnam.
After graduating with Honours as a BSc in Yoga Science, he gained a Certificate in Naturopathy, Acupressure and Colour Sojoy, and has developed a deep knowledge of yoga texts and advanced postures.
As well as winning the title of India’s Best Yoga Player in 2017, he won Gold in the Indian National Yoga Championships, took silver in the International Yoga Olympic Games in 2020 and was a medallist in the Yogasana Sports Champion tournament.

For as long as Preeti Sharma can remember, yoga and wellbeing have been at the centre of her life. Born into a family rooted in India’s spiritual practices, Preeti’s early years were spent studiously watching the yoga and meditation rituals that became part of everyday home life. When she began her own yoga journey, she experimented with several styles that now - 20 years later, are the foundation of her 108 Yoga Studio philosophy. Along the way, she has received numerous accreditations as a Master Teacher from major international certification bodies, across all the main yoga and meditation disciplines.
