About the company
ABOUT USYu Plus Studio was founded in 2020, with a group of great passion instructors to broaden the knowledge and benefits of practicing Yoga. Our studio also lined up various types of yoga classes with certified and experience instructors that brought by our founder. Our instructors were taught to bring great experience in teaching any levels of yoga, especially in Aerial Yoga. The instructors would explore posture, mentality, flexibility from a non-dogmatic perspective, using the ultimate organizing principle of simply doing what works with students to maximize body goals and yoga benefits.
STRENGTH TRAINING | Yoga focuses on strength training and flexibility. The postures are meant to strengthen your body from inside out.
FLEXIBILITY BENEFITS | The stretching and holding postures of yoga also causes muscles to lengthen, which gives the body a longer and leaner look.
