Sarah Fry is a Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor who is offering 30 minute classes via zoom. Each class has it's own unique description and structure, based around the fundamentals of dynamic pilates, inspired by functional training, and spiced with a sezzy twist.

So think lot’s of glute bridges, lunges, squats and pulses and of course a few sezzy twists in-between.

Rounds of Resistance

So we are taking it outside, putting our shoes on & focusing on our strength. This  workout will require a level of resistance (DB/KB/resistnace band) & will be a full body workout, 30 min class broken into various rounds.

Endorphin Energy

So we are taking it outside, putting our shoes on & getting our heart rates up, this will be an EMOM (every minute on the minute) based class for 30 mins of high intensity workout.

So think lot’s of planks, curls, crunches, lot's of holds and slow countdowns.

Spicy Sezzy

So think lot’s of time under tension, legs, arms & of course core, bring your drink bottle to this one it’s going to get sweaty.
