YogaTKO provides quality yoga and pilates classes in Tseung Kwan O area. We welcome completely beginners, right through to most experienced yoga and pilates practitioners. At Yoga Date, we honour our practice that creates a stronger and more connected body and mind. Our goal is to cultivate a friendly, positive environment and to foster a healthy and mindful community. Expect our founder Denise and her passionate team of instructors to deliver innovative classes, give hands-on adjustments and leverage your practice to next level.  We are here to empower you and help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals.
