Séance en famille qui vous permettra de faire du sport avec vos enfants. Plus besoin de se trouver un mode de garde pour faire du sport !

Ces séances vont avant tout entretenir le lien que vous avez avec vos enfants à travers des jeux en extérieurs. Le coach adapte la séance en fonction de vos attentes et de vos objectifs.

Les séances seront basé sur des mouvements de fitness mais aussi en s'appuyant sur des grands jeux d'extérieur . L'imaginaire de l'enfant va lui aussi travailler  tout en travaillant musculairement

We offer personal training for all levels of fitness and age categories.  We work with you to get perfect form

and structure while you are performing different strength, cardiovascular, balance, and flexibility exercises.  We perform

a physical assessment with you before we start to see where you are starting from and then design workouts

based on your fitness and physical goals.  In some instances, you must be cleared by a physician to start any type of

physical training program and/or nutrition planning.  Ask us about our small group (2-3 people) training to learn in smaller

groups and help you save some money.

Our Online Client's get results. And thus, we only work with a minute quantity of clients online who we feel qualify to make a massive impact from our advice. This will be a one on one, one on two, or one on three training session which will help you improve your Cardio and Conditioning. This class is designed to for beginners, Intermediate or higher.

We generally would be working on:

Strength: Increasing your upper-body, lower-body and core Strength

Conditioning: Body weight exercises and weighted exercises

Body sculpting: Working on shaping your body how you aesthetically ideally would like it to look

All 1on1 classes will be tailored to the individual and their needs

Each friend will cost £20 extra (first session free!)

Bookings only allowed 3 weeks or less in advanced
